The first Wednesday of the month we have a team leader meeting, which in my opinion,  lasts way too long.  The next day the team leaders usually have a meeting during planning to go over the meeting notes.  I decided to make a Tik Tok to share the notes, so that my team could watch from home with a glass of wine in their pjs or just listen on their way to work.  The team leader meeting was an hour and fifteen minutes long.  Check out my 2 minute and 53 second Team Leader Meeting 10.6.21video.  It was a huge hit among all the teachers.  Our IT teacher even made a Loom video this week for us to watch on a new math platform we are rolling out, so she wouldn’t have to meet with each grade level and take up one of our planning hours.  The Loom also save her time as well.

I am also getting better in front of the camera. I am noticing my personality coming out a little more and my face isnt looking as silly at the start of my videos as much anymore.
